ARTWORK
All orders should be accompanied by sharp, black and white, vector artwork. If submitted artwork is not suitable for reproduction, we reserve the right to “clean up” the image without approval if charges do not exceed $35.00. Should necessary charges exceed this amount, you will be contacted for prior approval.

ENGRAVING CHARGES
All prices include a one-location sand etching. A logo set-up and layout charge of $75.00 ® will apply for all orders . An additional charge of $7.50® will apply for personalization, copy changes and deep etch.

MINIMUM ORDER
There is no minimum order required.

PROOFS
You will receive 2 email/faxed proofs at no charge. Additional proofs are subject to a $5.00 charge and all products proofs are $10 plus the cost of the item and shipping.

COLORFILL
Please check with your project manager to obtain information about available colors. An additional charge of $7.50 ® per piece will apply.

PACKAGING
Most items include corrugated/gift box suitable for giving. Items ordered in bulk are not packaged individually. Individual mailers are available for an additional charge.

SAMPLES
Random samples will be memo billed at item cost plus shipping. Samples must be returned within 30 days. We will credit your invoices less freight when they are returned. Spec. samples are available at $10 plus cost of the item and shipping once a purchase order has been received.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped UPS prepaid with shipping charges added to the invoice. All orders F.O.B., Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. C.O.D. orders are available and special shipping requests must be confirmed via email or fax. A $15 handling fee will apply for all third party shipping.

We ship exact quantities

ENCLOSURES
Most customers’ enclosures will be packed at no additional charge. Please consult your project manager for specifics.

DROP SHIPMENTS
We can drop ship direct to location. Preprinted labels suitable for mailing must be supplied and an extra charge of $4 per package will apply.

FREIGHT CLAIMS/BREAKAGE
All claims for breakage must be made with the carrier within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. In the event of breakage, be sure to save all cartons and packaging for inspection. Title to goods passes to buyer at F.O.B. point.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Please discuss with your project manager to receive authorization.

PRODUCTION TIME
Please allow 10-14 business days from art approval for shipping. Rush orders will incur an additional 15% surcharge. Custom orders are subject to additional lead time depending on the project. Contact your project manager for special requirements.

TRADEMARKS
Liability for correct use of a trademark rests with the customer. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, items produced by us without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights. Most of the logos shown in this catalog are from our customers and used for display purposes only. Endorsement of any products should not be implied in any case. All photographs are the sole property of Fine Awards. Any use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

TERMS OF SALE
All Orders: 50% deposit, balance due prior to shipping. We accept Visa, MC, Amex and Discover. Cashier's checks and money orders are accepted.

PRICING
All prices listed are effective through December 31, 2006

GUARANTEE
Defects in material and workmanship will be corrected without charge. You should be aware that even in the finest crystal, minor variations in clarity can occur. Since each is the product of personal craftsmanship, such minor variations like air bubbles, flow lines and chill marks are not considered defects. Care should be taken in the handling of all Fine Award Crystal products.
